Part-Time Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule and has experience managing an office. As the Part-Time Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct research and compile data as requested
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1100 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Monaco.
