Office Assistant in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals with experience in office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Data entry and record keeping of important documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Valid biometric passport
