Finisher Technician



As a Finisher Technician in Svalbard, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and final appearance of our products. Your attention to detail, precision, and ability to work with your hands will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow production specifications to complete finishing processes on products
- Use hand tools and machinery to sand, polish, buff, and paint products
- Inspect finished products for any defects and make necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production team leaders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials such as sandpaper, polishes, paints, etc.
- Ability to read and follow production specifications accurately
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. You must have your own valid visa to work in Svalbard. The working hours may vary depending on production demands but typically follow regular business hours.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
