Concierge - Luxury Hotel (Kaunas, Lithuania)


We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by assisting with their inquiries and requests, making reservations, and offering recommendations for local attractions and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, shows, etc.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, events, and activities
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and services offered by the hotel
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Keep the concierge desk area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities in Kaunas is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Lithuania. Accommodation will not be provided.
