Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in plans
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD, MS Office
- Experience working on civil engineering projects in Las Vegas is preferred
