Florist Assistant

We are searching for a dedicated and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Almada. As a successful candidate, you will assist our lead florist in creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. This is a contract position with provided visa and ticket. No prior experience is required, but a passion for flowers and willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in designing and creating floral arrangements
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering inquiries

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Willingness to learn from experienced florists
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed
