Job Title: Formworker Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in La Condamine. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of formwork for concrete structures. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Plan and organize daily tasks for formworkers according to project schedules
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Monitor quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications
- Train new formworkers on techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers and other team members regarding progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a formworker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials used in formwork construction
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Proven experience in leading a team of workers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Biometric passport for all nationalities

Salary:
$1600 per month with accommodation provided.

Location:
La Condamine, Monaco. This location is easily accessible by public transportation.
