Concierge (Fonvieille, Monaco)
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Concierge to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Your main duties will include managing guest requests, making reservations, organizing transportation, and providing recommendations for local activities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Ensure that all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs such as room service or maintenance requests
- Assist with luggage storage and delivery for guests
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions, events, and services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance with attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary:
$1200 per month
