Concierge at Luxury Hotel in Fonvieille



We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Fonvieille. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment for guests
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local attractions and events
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
