Data Analytics Specialist



We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Dickirch, Pakistan. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. You will work closely with our data scientists and business analysts to provide actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data analysis methodologies, and experience with data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data models for reporting and analysis purposes
- Create visually appealing dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the field of finance or marketing
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
