A reputable retail store in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation of products in our store, ensuring that they are visually appealing and enticing to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement visual displays that effectively showcase products and drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the buying team to make informed decisions on product placement
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of current market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid work permit or own visa for employment in Dubai
