Facade Specialist
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (Preference for Indian candidates)


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Wiltz. As a leading construction company, we specialize in creating innovative and sustainable facades for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade design and construction techniques, as well as experience in managing projects from conception to completion. This is a part-time position with no English language requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of facades, ensuring quality and adherence to design plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to plan
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Visa & Accommodation:
This position does not require English language proficiency or previous experience living in Luxembourg. The selected candidate will be responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
