Administrative Assistant (Nepali speaking)
We are currently seeking a Nepali speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lom. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior staff members
- Monitor and track expenses, prepare expense reports, and handle reimbursements
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and accommodations
- Support HR department with onboarding new employees by collecting necessary documents and paperwork
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali with good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
