Android Developer

We are a rapidly growing tech company based in Ashdod, seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Android applications, ensuring high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver successful projects on time

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Android development
- Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Ability to write efficient code while prioritizing security and data protection
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with cross-platform mobile development tools such as React Native or Flutter
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of iOS development
