Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and budget for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design meets all technical requirements
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it adheres to the approved design and specifications
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in commercial architecture and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Vilnius (relocation assistance available)
