Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements. This position is based in Vilnius and is open to Indian candidates who are English-speaking and seeking part-time employment without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings, considering factors such as space utilization, functionality, and aesthetics
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Prepare project proposals and cost estimates for clients
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct site surveys to gather information needed for design projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Strong communication skills in English

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
