Skilled Fitter - Kaunas, Lithuania

As a skilled fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components and systems in accordance with engineering specifications. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must have experience working with hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical components such as pipes, valves, pumps, and motors
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine assembly procedures
- Identify any potential issues or defects during assembly process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitter in an industrial setting
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
