Location: Lisbon, Portugal


As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's information technology systems. You will also be in charge of managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet them
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and technical support services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, disaster recovery procedures, and data backup methods
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within an organization
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
While not required, candidates with the following skills will be given preference:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month for this full-time position.
