Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate all information technology operations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure security and stability
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues or risks
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
