Full-Stack Developer
Location: Longyearbyen, Svalbard, Norway


We are hiring a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end features for our web-based applications. You will work closely with our design and product teams to create high-quality and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles and experience with various programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop web-based applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Django or Node.js
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with mobile application development (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure)
