We are a publishing company based in Bergen, Norway and we are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for print or digital publications. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in typesetting software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text and images according to design specifications
- Ensure consistency in layout, font size, and style throughout the publication
- Proofread text to ensure accuracy of spelling and grammar
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to create visually appealing publications
- Make necessary adjustments to layout based on feedback from team members or clients
- Meet deadlines for project completion

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter or similar role in publishing industry
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in text or layout
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule can be discussed during the interview process.
