Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to join our financial team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's financial transactions and records. This includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting audits, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
- Manage budgeting process and monitor expenses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Familiarity with local tax laws is preferred
- Fluent in English (French or Italian is a plus)
