Land Surveyor
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and preparing accurate maps and reports for various land development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting surveys, using specialized equipment, and analyzing data to determine property boundaries and topographical features.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and aerial drones
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and elevation changes
- Prepare accurate maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure that survey data is incorporated into project plans
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites or other potentially hazardous areas
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of land development processes and regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Requirements:
- Professional Land Surveying license
- Experience with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Familiarity with GIS mapping systems
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates)
