IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer systems, networks, and software applications. They will also be in charge of implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Oversee the installation and upgrading of hardware and software
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security
- Evaluate existing technology systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Train employees on how to use new technology systems effectively
- Keep track of IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with data security standards and procedures
- Ability to manage teams effectively and provide clear instructions
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-tech individuals

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: St. Petersburg (Indians preferred)
Employment Type: Contract with possibility of extension
