We are searching for an experienced Painter to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Painter, you will be responsible for the preparation and painting of various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and furniture. You will also be required to mix and match paint colors, use different techniques such as stenciling and marbling, and ensure a high-quality finish on all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint using various techniques such as rolling, spraying, or brushwork
- Use stencils or other decorative techniques for special finishes
- Ensure a smooth and even coat of paint on all surfaces
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with mixing colors to achieve desired shades
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Physically able to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects if needed
