Computer Support Specialist



As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Herzliya. Your main role will be to help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software malfunctions, and ensuring that all equipment is up-to-date with the latest updates and security patches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email or in person to clients experiencing issues with their computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identify root causes and find solutions
- Install and configure new computer systems according to client specifications
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software components
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems such as backups, updates and system cleanups
- Identify security risks and implement necessary measures to ensure data protection
- Train clients on how to use various computer programs or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with network components such as routers, switches, firewalls etc.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Salary: 1000$
