IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and maintaining their computer systems and networks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Maintain network and system security
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades or repairs
- Train clients on how to use new technologies or systems
- Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work on contract basis without prior experience
- Ability to provide housing accommodations for the duration of the contract
- Valid work visa for Israel (if applicable)
