Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and providing remote support to users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, networks, and other devices.
- Install and configure computer systems for clients.
- Ensure all technology equipment is properly maintained and updated.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
- Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with new technologies.
- Communicate technical information in simple terms to non-technical users.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio (with accommodation available for Canadian employees)
