Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Faro. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certificate
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment
- Familiarity with construction plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience is not required but preferred
