Executive Chef - Fine Dining (Svalbard)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff
- Ability to create and cost menus while maintaining profitability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion for using locally sourced ingredients
