Seasonal Concierge in Alta, Norway



We are seeking a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and activities
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required (without experience)
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for Norway
