We are a prestigious architectural firm in Monte-Carlo seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and construction, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications, as well as coordinating with contractors and consultants throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced software to create detailed technical drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Prepare project specifications and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants during construction phase
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Salary: $1400 per month (part-time)
