Job Title: Contract Librarian in Fonvieille


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Librarian to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Contract Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection and providing excellent customer service to patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection by selecting, acquiring, cataloging, and processing materials
- Develop and maintain an organized and user-friendly library system
- Provide assistance to patrons with finding and accessing materials
- Answer reference questions and assist with research inquiries
- Plan and conduct library programs, events, and workshops for all ages
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in literature and technology to enhance library services
- Collaborate with other librarians to coordinate outreach initiatives within the community

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Passion for books, reading, and sharing knowledge with others
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Organizational skills for managing a large collection of materials
- Knowledge of library systems, cataloging standards, and reference resources
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
