Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Jizan, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for all team members
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or related field
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia
