The restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy restaurant in Jizan. This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial management.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Create work schedules, handle payroll, and manage budget to maintain profitability.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials that appeal to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to manage food costs effectively.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop staff.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Proven problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This role is located in Jizan but candidates from other cities in Saudi Arabia are welcome to apply.
