Data Analyst


We are hiring for a Data Analyst to join our team in Ufa. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of all reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R languages for data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner

Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience working with biometric passport data
- Experience working in a diverse team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation provided)
