Finisher for Manufacturing Company in Siauliai, Lithuania

Our manufacturing company in Siauliai is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are finished to the highest quality standards before they are shipped out to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have permission to work in Lithuania
- Proficiency in English language
- Previous experience as a Finisher is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work part-time hours if needed
- Must be able to provide your own accommodation
- Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Sand, polish, and buff surfaces of products to ensure smooth finish
- Apply paint or other finishes according to product specifications
- Use various tools and equipment such as sanders, buffers, and spray guns
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity for using tools and equipment
- Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
