We are in need of experienced finishers to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a finisher, your main responsibility will be to apply final touches and finishes to various surfaces and structures. This job is suitable for Indian men who have previous experience in finishing work.

Responsibilities:
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Smooth and prepare surfaces by removing old paint or repairing any imperfections
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades and textures
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions to determine finishing specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a finisher or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different finishes, paints, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to work with various tools for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for color matching
