Contract Baker in Fonvieille

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis in Fonvieille. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in developing new recipes or modifying existing ones
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
