Personal Trainer - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our growing fitness team in Abu Dhabi. As a Personal Trainer, you will design and implement personalized training programs for our clients based on their fitness goals and needs. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and needs
- Design personalized training programs, including workout routines and nutrition plans, for each client
- Provide support and guidance to clients during their training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
- Track client progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle and provide tips for maintaining results outside of the gym
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and equipment to continuously improve services
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by following proper sanitation protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise techniques, and nutrition principles
- Passion for fitness with excellent communication skills to motivate and educate clients
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Current CPR/AED certification is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Residence in Abu Dhabi is preferred
