Job Title: Pastry Chef



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and baked goods, as well as managing the pastry kitchen. You must have excellent knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in developing new menu items and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and menu items.
- Ensure all pastries meet quality and presentation standards.
- Train and supervise pastry staff.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

Salary: 1400$ per month
