Land Surveyor

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Jizan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction or development projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and communicating with clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other necessary information for construction or development projects
- Use surveying equipment to measure distances, angles, elevations, and other important data points
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create maps, reports, and other documents for clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on the progress of the surveying project
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects that require accurate land measurements
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within designated timelines
- Keep detailed records of all surveys conducted

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Indian candidates with own visa are preferred. No previous experience is required but candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field. Part-time positions are not available. Accommodation will be provided by the company. English proficiency is not required for this position.
