Entry-Level Baker in Lom, Bulgaria

We are searching for a talented and motivated Entry-Level Baker to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Shape dough into desired forms before baking
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and finish baked goods with glazes, icings, or toppings
- Ensure all products are of high quality and consistent with company standards
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
