Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects in Balzers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Select contractors and subcontractors for each project
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor progress of construction activities to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project documentation, including change orders and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related role
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Experience managing budgets and financials for construction projects

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate. We also offer free visa sponsorship as well as a ticket to relocate to Balzers.
