We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Svalbard. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket to Svalbard. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company for dedicated employees.
