Computer Support Specialist
We are a fast-paced technology company based in Monte-Carlo, and we are seeking an experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving technical problems, conducting system upgrades, and providing training to end-users.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication skills. You must be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms that anyone can understand. Additionally, you should have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Set up new equipment for clients or employees
- Maintain network systems and perform regular backups
- Identify and resolve technical problems
- Conduct system upgrades when necessary
- Train end-users on new technologies or systems
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours if needed
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
