Waiter/Waitress


Our busy restaurant in La-Condamine is seeking a hardworking and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with basic cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in La-Condamine with visa sponsorship if necessary
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
