Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Egyptian Nationals)
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. This position is specifically open to Egyptian nationals looking for a job with accommodation provided.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be involved in data entry and filing documents.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently. Proficiency in Arabic and basic English is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar
- Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining records
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and filing paperwork according to established procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid work permit in Israel (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fluent in Arabic with basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
