We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our guests. Your main goal will be to provide an excellent customer experience by creating quality drinks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain knowledge of all products and promotions offered in the café
- Handle cash transactions and follow cash handling procedures
- Uphold food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
