Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications for our clients. Your main duties will include designing and implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development with a focus on user experience and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for candidates with a biometric passport from Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mobile applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applications
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven working experience in Android development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Android SDK
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications
- Understanding of Google’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience using Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore)
